Initial Consultation
A one hour initial consultation where we will take a thorough case history and get an in depth look into your presenting symptoms, your current diet and lifestyle including medical history. From there your practitioner will then discuss treatment recommendations for you to support your health and a treatment plan with detailed and evidence based recommendation will be provided.
Your practitioner may need to request a referral to your GP for further testing and/or functional pathology. This can be ordered through Florelle to gain a better understanding of your current health. A treatment plan will be written up and sent to you via email along with your prescription shortly after your appointment. The highest quality practitioner only Herbal and Nutritional supplements (if required) can be ordered and delivered straight to you, so you can start to implement your treatment plan.

Return Consultation
A 30 min return Naturopathic consultation will be available to patients to follow up in their previous consultation to review any positive changes or any other areas of focus that may arise for the patient. Here we will look at how the treatment plan has been effective, or if there are any alternative or changes that need to be made to your prescription to further assist you.

By selecting 'Book your appointment' you understand that cancellations and rescheduling of your appointment can occur for free up to 24 hours prior to your appointment via your confirmation email. However cancellations made within the 24 hour period prior to your appointment may attract a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding as appointments can be made for other other clients waiting for appointments.
Consultations can be undertaken online via Zoom. That way, no matter where you are in Australia, you can still undertake your consultations with me. A link to your Zoom consultation will be provided to you via email with your booking confirmation. A patient intake form will be emailed also and required you to be filled in online, prior to your appointment please. Our in-house dispensary allows for tailored prescriptions to be posted right to your door!
During your follow up consultation, a progress review and check-in will be undertaken. If pathology testing was undertaken as part of your initial consultation, your results will be analysed and discussed. The follow up consultation allows for dietary, lifestyle or prescription adjustments to be made and discussed to ensure you are
seeing the best results.
